These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Adjutant application ("the App") provided by JTA Ventures, LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using Adjutant, you agree to these Terms.
Adjutant is a locally-hosted personal AI assistant that helps you manage social media accounts, email, calendar, and other productivity tasks. The App runs entirely on your own machine and connects to third-party services on your behalf using credentials you provide.
You may use Adjutant for personal and business purposes. You agree to use the App only in ways that comply with:

Adjutant connects to third-party services including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and Google. These integrations are subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. JTA Ventures, LLC is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, platform policy changes, or any disruption to those services.
ADJUTANT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. JTA VENTURES, LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE APP.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of Adjutant is entirely at your own risk. JTA Ventures, LLC assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content, actions taken by the App on your behalf, or outcomes resulting from the use of the App. This includes but is not limited to: content posted to social media, emails sent, calendar events created, or any other actions performed by the App.
By using Adjutant, you acknowledge that:
You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with using the App, and JTA Ventures, LLC shall bear no liability for any such risks or outcomes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JTA VENTURES, LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE, ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, UNINTENDED CONTENT PUBLISHED TO SOCIAL MEDIA OR OTHER SERVICES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP — EVEN IF JTA VENTURES, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
JTA VENTURES, LLC ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY HARM, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
The Adjutant application and its source code are the property of JTA Ventures, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the App or its underlying technology.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date above when changes are made. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using Adjutant at any time by uninstalling it. You can revoke all third-party access granted to the App by disconnecting accounts through Settings → Connections or directly through each platform's account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
